On August 15, 2014 I was diagnosed with stage II-B breast cancer. On September 6, 2014 Dr. Joshua Glaser (Breast Surgeon) performed a lumpectomy successfully removing a 5cm size tumor from my left breast. After recovering from surgery I started chemo therapy under the care of Dr. Juan Cuevas (Oncologist) on October 1, 2014 and will continue to receive Herceptin treatment through September 2015. I went on to complete 6 weeks of radiation under the care of Dr. Venkata R. Devineni (Radiologist).

Giving Back

I have spent relentless hours over the past 20 years volunteering with youth organizations such as Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club, St. Louis Blues Track Club and the Hazelwood School District, while working full time, being a loving wife and raising 4 children of my own.

I am now on the road to a full recovery while taking on a new passion for Breast Cancer Awareness and as a result I started the Passion For Pink Foundation.

 My Support System

Sue has touched us all, in one way or another, and during her trial we will all help carry our sister through this fight.
